• Designed and launched Blume, a patient self-scheduling and document viewer platform, in just 3 months.
• Scaled Blume users from 0 to 46,000+ with 12,000+ MAUs in 9 months, driving $250k+ in revenue.
• Designed appointment scheduling to reduce no shows by ~25%, backed by user research.
• Monitored daily user sessions across platforms to proactively identify bugs, helping the team achieve top E2E coverage and the lowest Jira backlog across 6 product teams.
